Services described

Pages describing reporting, reviews, assessments, and briefing packs are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope in writing and any required deposit or invoice terms are accepted.

Intellectual property

Site content, sample pack layouts, and written materials remain the property of Cloud Matrixcore Co., Ltd. unless a signed engagement states otherwise. Client data supplied for analysis remains the client’s property; deliverables created under an engagement are licensed for the client’s internal management use.

Accuracy of information

We prepare packs from the extracts and definitions you provide. You are responsible for the completeness of booking codes, retail maps, and staff identifiers supplied to us.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Cloud Matrixcore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or from management decisions made after reading a report. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved amicably.
