Analysts who still walk the salon floor
Cloud Matrixcore began when multi-branch beauty operators asked for reporting that spoke the language of chairs, color tickets, and retail walls—not generic business scorecards.
Registered business
Cloud Matrixcore Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 in Bangkok. From a small advisory practice comparing two sister salons, the company grew into a focused reporting studio for beauty chains that need consistent monthly packs and owner-ready briefs.
Our office remains in Lat Phrao, close to the corridors where many of our clients operate. That proximity keeps kickoff visits and optional floor walkthroughs practical for Greater Bangkok groups.
Working approach
We start with definitions—what counts as a bookable hour, how retail SKUs map across branches, which voids belong in the pack. Only then do we write commentary. Group managers tell us the calm tone of the brief matters as much as the numbers.
Engagements stay human-led. Analysts prepare the packs; the monthly briefing is a conversation, not an automated alert stream.
Values on the engagement
- Same definitions across every salon in the group
- Private coaching notes for stylist utilization—never public shaming boards
- Owner briefs that recommend a decision, not a thicker appendix
- Respect for craft time on the floor when we visit
